The recorded range ran from $120,000 for 40 W Hill Road, sold Aug. 12, to $350,000 for 90 West Hawley Road, sold Aug. 10 to Max A. Helmetag, the period's highest-priced transaction. West Hawley Road had the most recorded activity, with four deeds. Several other transfers appear to be family, trust or tax-title conveyances rather than open-market sales. With price data available for only two of 12 transactions, the record offers limited insight into overall market tone this period.
