Hawley Records 11 Property Transfers in August, Few Prices Disclosed
Hawley recorded 11 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show, though only three carried a disclosed sale price. Those three ranged from $70,000 to $350,000, with a median of $120,000. The period's largest sale was 90 West Hawley Rd., which sold for $350,000 on Aug. 10 to buyer Max A. Helmetag from sellers Robin C. and Wayne R. Clark. East Hawley Road, West Hawley Road and West Hill Road each saw three recorded transfers, several involving trusts, family members or bank entities. With price data disclosed for only about a quarter of transactions, the available figures offer limited insight into overall market direction this period.
