Those three ranged from $70,000 to $350,000, with a median of $120,000. The period's largest sale was 90 West Hawley Rd., which sold for $350,000 on Aug. 10 to buyer Max A. Helmetag from sellers Robin C. and Wayne R. Clark. East Hawley Road, West Hawley Road and West Hill Road each saw three recorded transfers, several involving trusts, family members or bank entities. With price data recorded for only about a quarter of transactions, the available figures offer limited insight into overall market direction this period.
