Hawley records three property transfers in July, only one sale price disclosed
Hawley recorded three property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one included a disclosed sale price. That sale, at 7 Clark Rd., closed July 17 for $300,000, seller listed as Joshua E. Davidson, trustee. The other two transactions -- a July 29 transfer at 334 West Hawley Rd. from the Hawley Town Treasurer to Michael Schmitt, and a July 27 transfer at 49 East Rd. from Garrett J. Kopeski to Hawley View LLC -- carried no disclosed consideration. With pricing data available for just one of three sales, the month's figures don't support a clear read on market direction.
