Two of five Hawley deeds carry a price so far this period

Five Hawley properties changed hands between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but the Franklin County Registry of Deeds shows a recorded price for only two: $99,500 at 26 East Road, the period's top sale, and $70,000 at 81 Middle Road, sold by trustees to Polish National Credit Union. The median of the two recorded prices is $84,750. Middle Road saw two of the five transfers. Credit unions appeared as a party in two deals, as seller at 26 Savoy Road and as buyer at 81 Middle Road. Prices for the other three sales had not yet posted to the registry as of this writing.
